Cross Border Talents is seeking a Google Ads Sales Specialist to onboard new advertisers, learn their goals, and craft effective Google Ads strategies. You will guide clients through setup, launch campaigns, and optimize performance while building strong relationships via calls, meetings, and email.

The role emphasizes data-driven optimization, identifying growth opportunities, and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1)
Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities
Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, technology, and digital advertising
Curious, motivated, and eager to continue learning and developing professionally

Responsibilities

Onboard newly acquired advertisers and set up their accounts
Understand client goals and target audiences to propose advertising solutions
Create, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Build and maintain strong client relationships via phone, video, and email
Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI
Identify upsell opportunities and encourage broader use of solutions
Analyze KPIs and use data-driven insights to enhance advertising effectiveness
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality support
Stay updated on digital advertising trends and Google Ads features
Deliver tailored advice to support long-term client success
