Cross Border Talents is hiring a Google Ads Sales Specialist to onboard newly acquired advertisers and shape effective advertising strategies. You will work directly with clients to understand goals, recommend solutions, and support campaign creation, launch, and optimization.

Responsibilities include managing onboarding, campaign activation, and ongoing optimization to drive ROI, while building strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities in a hybrid work setting.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1).
• Minimum one year of professional experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
• Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, technology, and digital advertising.
• Curious, motivated, and eager to continue learning and developing professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of newly acquired advertisers and ensure successful onboarding and campaign activation.
• Understand client goals, audiences, and challenges to recommend relevant advertising solutions.
• Create, launch, manage, and optimize PPC and Google Ads campaigns per client objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships via calls, meetings, and email.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Identify upsell opportunities to expand clients’ use of available solutions.
• Analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and use data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality support.
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends and Google Ads features.
