Cross Border Talents is seeking a Google Ads Sales Specialist to guide newly acquired advertisers through onboarding, define advertising strategies, and drive campaign creation, launch, and optimization from Barcelona. You will work directly with clients to understand objectives and recommend solutions that grow campaigns and ROI.

You will own relationships through calls, virtual meetings, and emails, delivering tailored advice and performance-driven strategies while staying current with Google

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1 level).
• Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
• Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, technology, and digital advertising.
• Curious, motivated, and eager to continue learning and developing professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of newly acquired advertisers, ensuring successful onboarding, account setup, and campaign activation.
• Understand clients’ business goals, target audiences, and challenges to recommend relevant advertising solutions.
• Create, launch, manage, and optimize PPC and Google Ads campaigns according to client objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through phone calls, virtual meetings, and email communication.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Identify opportunities for upselling, increasing advertising budgets, and expanding clients’ use of available solutions.
• Analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and use data-driven insights to improve advertising effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and deliver high-quality client support.
• Keep up to date with digital advertising trends, Google Ads features, industry developments, and new advertising technologies.
• Support long-term client success by delivering tailored advice, identifying growth opportunities, and recommending performance-driven strategies.
