Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Spain (Barcelona) is seeking a Google Ads Sales Specialist to guide new advertisers through onboarding and develop effective advertising strategies. You will work directly with clients to understand objectives, recommend solutions, and support campaign creation, launch, and optimization to drive ROI.

You will build relationships via calls, meetings, and email, analyze performance, and identify upsell opportunities while staying current on trends and new ad technologies.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1 level).
• Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
• Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, technology, and digital advertising.
• Curious, motivated, and eager to continue learning and developing professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of newly acquired advertisers, ensuring onboarding, account setup, and campaign activation.
• Understand clients’ business goals, target audiences, and challenges to recommend relevant advertising solutions.
• Create, launch, manage, and optimize PPC and Google Ads campaigns according to client objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through phone calls, virtual meetings, and email communication.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, increasing advertising budgets, and expanding clients’ use of available solutions.
• Analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and use data-driven insights to improve advertising effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and high-quality client support.
• Keep up to date with digital advertising trends, Google Ads features, industry developments, and new advertising technologies.
• Support long-term client success by delivering tailored advice and identifying growth opportunities.
