VF is seeking an exceptional District Manager to oversee all VF stores in Madrid, Andalucía, and Portugal. The role sits in Madrid and focuses on leading Store Managers to deliver exceptional sales and customer experiences across multiple brands.

You will drive operational excellence, brand expression, and continuous improvement, coaching teams, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and labor standards. This is a high-visibility, multi-brand leadership role.

Formación

• 7+ years of retail leadership experience with multi-site responsibility.
• Proven record of achieving commercial and operational results.
• Strong people leadership with coaching and development skills.
• Data-driven decision making with strong business acumen.
• Able to manage complexity and pace across multiple locations while maintaining execution excellence.
• High learning agility in fast-paced retail environments.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work weekends; resident in Madrid.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Store Managers to achieve sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI objectives across the district.
• Analyze performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and implement action plans.
• Conduct store visits focused on coaching and performance assessment.
• Drive execution of brand standards, VM, and store operations.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock flow, and shrink prevention.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop store leaders, with succession planning.
• Champion customer experience and brand elevation across the district.
