• High learning agility and adaptability in fast-paced retail environments.
• Availability to travel internationally and to work on weekends.
• Residence in Madrid.

Aufgaben

• Lead Store Managers to deliver sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI objectives across the district.
• Analyze performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and implement action plans to drive results.
• Conduct structured store visits focused on coaching, performance assessment, and execution quality.
• Lead performance recovery plans in underperforming stores with hands-on support until improvement is achieved.
• Translate performance data into clear insights for Store Managers, linking results to behaviours and actions in store.
