Medtronic is seeking an Operations Supervisor based in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid area) to lead our distribution operations in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You will supervise a team, drive logistics processes, and collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to meet service and financial goals.

The role requires 5+ years in Supply Chain or Logistics, experience with SAP WMS, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Experience in SAP WMS and logistics operations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication, planning and leadership skills.

• Oversee and optimize distribution operations and team performance.
