Medtronic is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Alcala de Henares, Madrid, to lead distribution operations and a cross-functional team. The role focuses on ensuring efficient logistics processes, data accuracy, and strong collaboration with manufacturing and suppliers to meet service and financial targets.

Based at the distribution center, you will guide and develop a team, monitor performance, and drive talent engagement while delivering strong operational results in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in Supply Chain/Logistics or a similar role.
• Management experience is a plus.
• Proven experience in SAP WMS, logistics, and/or supply chain operations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI; Excel is essential.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee flow and coordination of finished goods and information from origin to customer.
• Drive continuous improvement of logistics processes and data systems.
• Ensure customer service and timing objectives are met within financial constraints.
• Develop and lead a team, manage performance, and coordinate day-to-day activities.
• Build relationships with manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to resolve delivery issues.
