Alloga Spain is seeking an Operational Lead to shape the performance and strategic direction of our operations. You will drive warehousing, transport and customer service excellence, with accountability for safety, cost, quality and service delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams through a major WMS deployment, network optimization and change programmes, engaging with Group and country leadership to deliver sustainable growth.

Formación

• Senior leadership experience in logistics or complex operations.
• Knowledge of healthcare/pharma logistics and GDP/GMP is desirable.
• Proven delivery of major transformation, WMS implementation or network changes.
• Strong customer and commercial acumen with stakeholder engagement.
• Experience leading large teams in a matrix organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the operational strategy for Alloga Spain, aligned with country and group priorities.
• Provide leadership across warehousing, transport, customer service and support functions.
• Lead the Impulso WMS implementation and related transformation initiatives.
• Own budgets, resource planning and cost performance while driving safety and quality.
• Establish KPIs and governance to monitor performance and improve productivity.
• Foster a high-performance culture focusing on safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
