IQVIA is seeking a Director, Strategic Growth & Customer Partnerships to lead growth through strategic account planning and executive customer engagement. This role focuses on site enablement solutions, cross-functional collaboration, and developing customer-specific, scalable commercial models.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, business
• 10+ years in clinical research or life sciences environment
• Proven strategic account management and commercial growth experience
• Experience in site services and patient/site engagements
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders in pharmaceutical or CRO environments

Mansioni

• Lead strategic account planning and growth execution across priority relationships.
• Develop account-specific expansion plans across therapeutic areas, geographies, studies, and delivery models to increase adoption.
• Convert study-level and country-level engagements into broader portfolio and enterprise relationships.
• Build and maintain executive customer relationships, stakeholder maps, sponsorship models, and governance approaches.
• Identify and advance opportunities where IQVIA can differentiate through global reach and integrated capabilities.
• Design customized site support solutions and commercial structures balancing customer requirements with delivery feasibility.
• Collaborate with Business Development on qualification, solution development, and bid strategy.
• Increase inclusion of site support solutions within Full Service opportunities, especially where enrolment risk is material.
• Create repeatable frameworks for account growth and pipeline-to-revenue tracking.
• Support pricing approaches and value assumptions with Finance and Strategy.
