Job summary

IQVIA Inc is seeking a Director of Strategic Growth & Customer Partnerships to drive growth across site enablement solutions. You will lead account planning, executive customer engagement, and expansion across geographies, studies, and delivery models, building lasting enterprise relationships with major sponsors.

The role requires deep experience in site support, commercial strategy, and global, matrixed organizations, with the ability to translate capabilities into customer-ready propositions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, business, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical research, healthcare services, CRO, or related life sciences.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic account management, customer partnerships, and commercial growth.
• Experience in site support, augmentation, engagement, enrolment acceleration, or related services.
• Experience negotiating complex customized service solutions across commercial and operational stakeholders.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders within pharma/biotech or CROs.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account planning and growth execution across priority customer relationships.
• Develop account-specific expansion plans across therapeutics, geographies, and delivery models.
• Convert engagements into broader portfolio and enterprise relationships.
• Build and maintain executive customer relationships, sponsorship maps, and governance.
• Identify opportunities where IQVIA can differentiate through global reach and outcomes.
• Design customized site support solutions aligning customer needs with feasibility and delivery.
• Collaborate with Business Development on qualification, solution development, pricing, and bids.
• Increase adoption of site solutions within Full Service opportunities.
• Create repeatable frameworks for account growth and pipeline-to-revenue tracking.
• Incorporate country readiness, contracting, pricing, and implementation into planning.
