Job summary

The role leads corporate development and M&A—assessing targets, due diligence, valuation and post-deal integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline required; MBA preferred.
• At least 12 years’ experience in corporate strategy, corporate development, M&A or transformation.
• Strong leadership of enterprise, portfolio and growth strategy with M&A execution.

Responsibilities
