Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years’ experience in corporate strategy, corporate development, M&A or transformation.
• Proven leadership of enterprise, portfolio and growth strategy with M&A execution.
• Strategy consulting or internal corporate strategy experience preferred.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with market assessment and financial modelling.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver strategic outcomes.
• Applied AI expertise to strengthen analysis and decision-making.
• Experience in data architecture, technology strategy and product engineering.
• Executive-level communication and advanced Excel/PowerPoint capability.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute enterprise, portfolio and growth strategy with roadmaps and value-creation plans.
• Advise executive leadership on market dynamics, investment priorities and strategic trade-offs.
• Lead corporate development and M&A activities from assessment to due diligence and integration.
• Develop rigorous market analyses, business cases and financial models for recommendations.
• Mobilise cross-functional teams to design and deliver enterprise-wide initiatives from concept to execution.
• Establish governance, performance measures and risk disciplines to realise measurable value.
• Influence senior stakeholders and external partners to align investment cases and outcomes.
• Build and lead high-performing teams strengthening strategic capability and execution.
