Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Human Resources Expert (Spain) for AI training projects. The role focuses on evaluating AI agents in HR tasks, crafting realistic HR environments, and developing prompts and rubrics aligned with Spain’s HR practices.

The contractor will work remotely with a commitment of 21 hours per week, collaborating asynchronously with AI research teams and stakeholders to ensure high relevance and accuracy in training data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent).
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
• Knowledge of Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security, and Spanish payroll.
