Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) seeks a Director / Senior Associate in Ops & Supply Chain for the Food & Beverage sector in Madrid. You will lead large, complex engagements for PE-backed food companies, diagnosing performance, designing value-creation, and implementing improvements across manufacturing and supply chains.

Deep manufacturing and supply chain expertise, PE sponsor experience, and ability to engage C-suite executives to drive transformation and measurable results are required.

Formación

• Extensive experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG or related manufacturing sectors.
• Experience working with private equity sponsors and PE-backed portfolio companies.
• Strong leadership and transformation capability across ops and supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate operability and efficiency of food production facilities, ensuring regulatory readiness.
• Analyse data to assess productivity, capacity, yield, and line performance.
• Engage with plant leadership and customers to gain hands-on shop-floor insights.
• Identify value creation opportunities: lean transformation, waste reduction, footprint optimisation.
• Develop end-to-end transformation roadmaps with risk mitigation and execution plans.
• Lead delivery, oversee teams, and manage client relationships to achieve PE sponsor goals.
