Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director / Senior Associate (m/f/d) in Operations & Supply Chain with a strong focus on the Food & Beverage industry. You will lead large, complex engagements for private equity-backed food and beverage companies, working with PE deal teams and operating partners to drive performance improvements.

You will diagnose operational performance, design value-creation initiatives, and implement sustainable improvements across manufacturing, production, and supply chain

Formación

• Extensive experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG, or adjacent manufacturing.
• Proven track record with private equity sponsors and PE-backed portfolio companies.
• Expertise in Supply Chain Operations (FMCG / Food).
• Expertise in Manufacturing Operations including S&OP / S&IOP.
• Lean, Six Sigma, TOC, and Value Engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience engaging with C-suite executives and PE partners.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate operability, efficiency, and regulatory readiness of food production facilities.
• Analyse production data to assess productivity, capacity, and performance.
• Gain hands-on insights by engaging with plant leadership and customers.
• Identify value creation and cost-improvement opportunities via lean initiatives.
• Develop end-to-end transformation roadmaps for food production environments.
• Lead execution, manage teams, and maintain client relationships with PE sponsors.
