Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Director – Operations, Supply Chain for BCG Vantage in Madrid. You will partner with leadership to shape strategic priorities for Supply Chain and drive value-added delivery on case work, content agenda, and initiatives through a team of experts.

The role requires 8+ years of consulting in Supply Chain, strong leadership, and fluency in English; Spanish or other languages a plus.

Formación

• 8+ years consulting experience in Supply Chain
• In lieu of consulting, 10+ years minimum industry experience; 14+ years strongly preferred
• 5+ years team leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Specialization and deep expertise in relevant Supply Chain topics
• Foundational AI knowledge to design and deploy agents, skills and workflows to accelerate impact and delivery
• Fluency in English; Spanish, German or French is a plus
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and manage internal and external stakeholders in a global team environment

Responsabilidades

• Shape strategic priorities for Supply Chain and enable value-added delivery on case work, content agenda and initiatives
• Drive team vision and capability efforts via innovation in operations and new initiatives
• Lead growth and development of the team and provide distinctive expertise for business build in Supply Chain
• Contribute to commercial campaigns, proposals and case work and present expertise in SATT & Conferences
• Participate in global BCG Vantage initiatives beyond own domain and contribute to Career Development committees
• Advise clients on technology and digital transformation initiatives to optimize operations and competitive advantage
