Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is expanding in Spain and Europe, seeking a Senior Director/Director based in Spain to mobilize across European projects. • A high-grade bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or construction discipline (and or MBA) from an accredited top-tier university.
• Master’s degree in engineering, or a related major.
• A professional with 10–15 years of experience ideally combining energy and industrial, with top-tier consulting firms, strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Spanish and English with additional European language skills as desirable.
• Strong business acumen, self-propelled entrepreneurial mindset, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate analysis to guide project delivery, proposing action plans and demonstrating confidence in decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate to senior members of management, client representatives and colleagues.
• Highly analytical and conceptual problem-solving mind-set.
• Strong project management and negotiation skills.
• Team-oriented personality.
• Motivated and effective in a fast-paced and dynamic culture.
• Understanding the energy landscape and project life cycle and exposure to feasibility studies, procurement, PPP, development management, health and safety, strategic PMO, cost advisory and it´s connection design of target operating models
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of articulating ideas to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution of work fronts with expertise, identifying improvement initiatives and actively engaging with the client in all phases of the project.
• Lead meetings and presentations with both client and A&M's managerial and executive levels, demonstrating confidence and mastery of the topics discussed.
• Assume a leadership role with teams and clients, participating in effective negotiations and collaborations between leaders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships for business growth.
• Participate in events and associations to foster relationships and identify opportunities.
• Work with a creative mindset to co-create solutions and offer innovative approaches to address client challenges.
• Take advantage of industry network and influence to identify and develop new business opportunities for A&M Infra and other Business Units.
