Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Director for the Energy & Utilities Cloud to lead the adoption and implementation of Agentforce solutions. You will be responsible for guiding customers through AI-driven transformations, ensuring business value realisation, and leading technical workshops.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of enterprise software experience and deep expertise in Salesforce Industries, particularly in the Energy & Utilities vertical. This remote role offers the opportunity to impact how utilities communicate with customers.

Formación

• 10+ years in enterprise software, specifically in Salesforce Industries.
• Deep implementation experience with E&U Cloud.
• Proven design and deployment of AI solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the adoption strategy for E&U Cloud customers.
• Guide customers through E&U Cloud implementations.
• Serve as product expert in customer-facing interactions.
