Suntory Global Spirits in Madrid seeks a Director of Core AI Engineering to set technical direction for enterprise AI capabilities. You will lead architecture, orchestration, and critical engineering decisions while partnering with AI Product Delivery, data, security, and infrastructure leaders.

You will guide a small expert team, own the evaluation, references, and handoffs for industrialization, ensure safety and performance, and drive measurable outcomes across the AI portfolio.

Competenze

• 12+ years in engineering or technology delivery with leadership in complex environments.
• Experience designing enterprise AI, generative AI, or intelligent automation with hands-on handoff.
• Strong enterprise architecture, systems integration, cloud platforms, and secure engineering.
• Practical AI orchestration, evaluation, observability, security, and adoption practices.

• Set the Core AI engineering direction, target architecture, and engineering standards.
• Lead architectural boundaries, design assumptions, and technical decision criteria with partners.
• Own advanced AI systems stack including agent runtimes and retrieval approaches.
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior AI and platform engineers and drive architectural reviews.
