SGS is launching an AI Hub in Madrid and seeks a Lead AI Engineer to drive AI adoption across a core business area. You will own the AI agenda, translate business problems into AI solutions, and lead hands-on development using central Lego Bricks and platform capabilities.

You will partner with business leaders, build scalable AI workflows, and mentor engineers while delivering measurable P&L impact for SGS's global ecosystem.

Formación

• Hands-on experience building and shipping applications with LLMs, including RAG architectures and agentic systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and AI solutions.
• Strong Python skills with foundation in ML and DL (PyTorch).
• Experience deploying on modern AI stacks and using vector databases, containers, and cloud services.
• Excellent communication with non-technical business leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Translate high-stakes business problems into AI-powered solutions with measurable P&L impact.
• Lead end-to-end design and development of AI applications leveraging the central AI Hub platform.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities and roadmap high-value AI initiatives.
• Mentor and guide product engineers within Accelerator Teams and create reusable Lego Bricks.
