Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a Director-level leader to own enterprise data architecture, analytics and AI across global platforms. You will steer data engineering and data management teams, delivering scalable pipelines, models and governed data ecosystems that enable self-service analytics and AI-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and other cloud platforms for data, analytics, and AI.
• Proven experience in data, analytics and AI architecture, solution design, and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of data engineering, data management, and AI/ML frameworks.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, technical teams, and end-users.
• Experience in leading and mentoring cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the architecture for data, analytics, and AI, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy.
• Oversee and guide data engineering and data management teams, providing technical leadership and mentorship.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines, data models, and storage solutions.
• Establish and enforce standards, best practices, and governance for data engineering, data management, and AI development.
• Oversee metadata management, data lineage, and certification processes to ensure data reliability and traceability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into architectural solutions with semantic models.
• Ensure semantic models support self-service analytics, AI, and decision intelligence.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in data ingestion, modelling, and AI capabilities.
