The Society is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our day program and group home team. This full-time role is 40 hours per week with 7:30–3:30 weekday hours and every other weekend 6:00–14:00, requiring a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

You will provide daily living support, manage medication administration as trained, and help individuals achieve health, safety and independence goals while documenting activities and coordinating with site leadership.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must obtain and maintain certification in Medication Administration and Health Related Activities, First Aid, CPR, PMT and other courses as required.
• Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License, good driving record, and carry the proper liability insurance amounts required by The Society.

• Provide day-to-day interactions, care and assistance per the Ohio ISPs.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living and home tasks to promote independence.
• Ensure health, safety and wellbeing of individuals; document per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Perform medication administration tasks and health-related activities as trained.
• Represent The Society professionally and collaborate with team members and families.
