All Care is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to join our paraprofessional team. This full-time role involves providing in-home care to clients across assigned territories, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting comfort and safety.

You will work with nurses, therapists, and social workers to help clients stay independent at home. Requirements include CHHA certification, a high school diploma, and reliable communication; mileage reimbursement and paid time off are offered.

Formación

• Compassionate, caring demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and write English.
• CHHA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a home health aide or caregiving role preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment.
• Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, BP, respiration).
• Assist with bathing, nails and skin care, and oral hygiene.
• Assist with toileting and meals; light housekeeping.
• Support prescribed exercises and patient mobility.
