All Care is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to travel within the assigned territory and support clients at home. The role involves performing ADLs, monitoring vitals, and assisting with mobility, meals, and exercises under the care plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CHHA certification required.
• Experience as a home health aide or personal care aide preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, BP, respiration).
• Assist with bed, sponge, tub, or shower bathing; nail and skin care; oral hygiene.
