Sevita REM Iowa seeks compassionate caregivers to assist individuals with personal hygiene and support those with behavioral challenges and complex needs. You will help participants grow, learn, and live well in a supportive community setting.

Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and have at least a HS diploma or equivalent; there is emphasis on teamwork, adaptability, and strong communication skills for daily coordination and care tasks.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.

Required Experience And/or Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
