Allfunds in Madrid is seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to translate the business cycle into actionable strategies that boost efficiency and competitiveness.

You will coordinate projects end-to-end, gather requirements, and evaluate tools while collaborating with stakeholders. Fluency in English C1 and French at least B2 are preferred.

Experience is a plus, and Allfunds values empowerment and inclusion.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration (ADE) or postgraduate qualification in Finance.
• English C1 level and French B2 level or higher.

Business Analyst Responsibilities

The primary objective fpr business analyst is to interpret the business cycle and transform operational data into actionable strategies that enhance the financial institution's efficiency and competitiveness.

Ability to coordinate projects from conception to closure, ensuring that strategic objectives, scope, timelines, and budget are met.

• Needs research and assessment; identification of problems and opportunities: Collaborate directly with stakeholders to understand the company's operational weaknesses.
• Process analysis and modeling; business modeling (As-Is / To-Be)
• Definition and drafting of functional requirements
• Solution evaluation: Research market-available technology tools to determine which best aligns with the company's budget and goals
• Implementation, testing, and change management

Requirements

The role combines technical financial knowledge with PMO skills to translate complex requirements into measurable results:

• Degree in Business Administration (ADE) or postgraduate qualification in Finance.
• Minimum C1 level in English and , preferably, B2 level or higher in French.
• Experience is a plus but not essential.
