Allfunds in Madrid is seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to translate the business cycle into actionable strategies that boost efficiency and competitiveness.

You will coordinate projects end-to-end, gather requirements, and evaluate tools while collaborating with stakeholders. Fluency in English C1 and French at least B2 are preferred.

Experience is a plus, and Allfunds values empowerment and inclusion.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration (ADE) or postgraduate qualification in Finance.
• English C1 level and French B2 level or higher.
• Experience is a plus but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate projects from conception to closure, meeting scope, timelines and budget.
• Research needs, identify problems and opportunities with stakeholders.
• Model business processes (As-Is / To-Be) and draft functional requirements.
• Evaluate market-available technology tools aligned with budget and goals.
• Oversee implementation, testing and change management.
