Job summary

Roche seeks a skilled professional to drive the Digital Lab implementation within the DIA R&D organization. You will partner with lab users to map workflows, promote adoption of digital tools, and apply organizational change management across multinational teams.

With a Master’s in a relevant field and 5+ years in diagnostics or related labs, you will support rollout plans, contribute to the Community of Practice, and provide first-level user support in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in natural sciences, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the diagnostics industry or related field in development areas.
• Experience working in or closely associated to the laboratory.
• Strong project management knowledge and experience applying agile methods.
• Experience in cross-functional teams across countries and fields.
• Practical experience in digital lab applications is fundamental and essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of digital tools and platforms for Digital Lab across the DIA R&D organization.
• Represent Digital Lab in project teams.
• Collaborate with lab users to analyze work processes and recommend how digital components can be used.
• Apply Organizational Change Management (OCM) principles in rollout processes.
• Plan and organize software platform rollouts with chapter representatives.
• Contribute to the local Digital Lab user community (Community of Practice) with SMEs from various chapters and IT.
• Provide first-level user support.
• This is a hybrid position and relocation assistance is not provided.
