Job summary

DuPont in Spain is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead the Digital Innovation portfolio, driving AI, automation, and analytics initiatives across a global enterprise.

You will own governance, planning cycles, and Jira-enabled delivery, shaping how teams work, report progress, and make decisions. You will partner with IT and business leaders to ensure adoption, measure value, and maintain data-driven updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 10+ years in technical project/program management, operations, or similar.
• 5+ years supporting digital, AI, automation, analytics or enterprise tech initiatives.
• Demonstrated Jira deployment and adoption experience.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm of the Digital Innovation portfolio, including planning cycles and governance.
• Track progress across AI, analytics, automation, and digital enablement initiatives.
• Shape executive updates, dashboards, and briefing materials for decision-making.
• Drive adoption of new capabilities, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Define Jira project/workflow design and ensure data quality & reporting as the source of truth.
