Job summary

DuPont’s Digital Innovation team seeks a seasoned Operations Manager to turn strategy into disciplined execution. You will create the operating rhythm for AI, analytics, and automation initiatives, track progress, surface risks early, and ensure clear owners, next steps, and completed work.

You’ll own Jira implementation and adoption, build executive-ready updates and dashboards, and collaborate with IT and business partners to deliver measurable value while maintaining responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 10+ years in technical project/ program management, or related role.
• 5+ years supporting digital, AI, automation, analytics initiatives.
• Experience deploying or administering Jira; driving adoption across teams.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm for the Digital Innovation portfolio: planning cycles, governance, leadership reviews and follow-through.
• Track progress across AI, analytics, automation, and digital enablement initiatives; surface dependencies and risks.
• Shape executive updates, dashboards, and briefing materials that are short, honest, and decision-ready.
• Define Jira implementation: project and workflow configuration, boards, backlogs, and reporting; drive adoption.
• Champion responsible AI practices and ensure value delivery from delivered capabilities.
