Job summary

Roche in Madrid seeks a seasoned Digital Innovation Board Lead to oversee PT's Digital portfolio and governance. You will align portfolio strategy with PT objectives, drive risk mitigation and reporting, and partner with IT, business sponsors, and quality/compliance teams to deliver value at scale.

You will champion AI-enabled governance, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure compliant, timely execution across the global PT footprint. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex portfolios with executive communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced degree with 10+ years of related experience in leading digital transformation or technology-focused organizations.
• Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry with previous experience in quality systems elements.
• Governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance in corporate pharma environments.
• Ability to translate executive vision into actionable initiatives while managing risk and establishing performance benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Innovation Board and ensure portfolio alignment with the PT strategic vision and transformative initiatives.
• Oversee portfolio health, KPI tracking, and value realization of the board's practices.
• Provide executive leadership with advanced portfolio reporting focusing on portfolio health, value realization, financial exposure, and strategic questions.
• Oversee submission reviews, change control, and continuous improvement of the DIB process to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are maintained within the digital governance framework.
• Mitigate risks related to digital governance and the overall Risk Strategy.
• Evolve the DIB Framework and standardized project execution protocols globally.
• Optimize resource allocation across the digital portfolio, ensuring budget, talent, and technology are deployed effectively.
• Ensure training programs on digital governance are available for employees.
• Drive the board's effectiveness by managing lifecycle of digital initiatives from intake to deployment and sustainment.
• Transform governance by embedding AI agents into the workflow as intelligent co-pilots.
