Roche is seeking a senior Digital Innovation Portfolio Lead to govern and optimize a pharma–level digital portfolio. You will align strategic vision with execution, lead governance across PD/ PT, and drive AI-enabled improvements that enhance value and compliance.
Ideal candidates have extensive experience in digital transformation within pharma, strong executive communication, and a track record of delivering complex programs with measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in leading complex portfolios with executive communication.
- Advanced degree in Science, Engineering, or Business and 10+ years in digital transformation/tech.
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical industry and quality systems elements.
- Governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance within PT/ Pharma environment.
- Value measurement through KPIs and value realization.
Responsibilities
- Lead Digital Innovation Board and align portfolio with PT strategy and initiatives.
- Define and track KPIs to measure board practices and use case delivery.
- Provide executive reporting on portfolio health, value realization, and financial exposure.
- Oversee governance processes including change control and continuous improvement.
- Embed AI agents into governance workflows and drive scaled adoption.
