Henry Schein Iberia is seeking a Digital & eCommerce Leader Iberia to shape the digital future across Iberia. You will lead the digital ecosystem, aligning business needs with technology, customer experience and digital growth while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, IT and EMEA stakeholders.

The role is strategic and highly visible, requiring a hands-on mindset to turn digital opportunities into business results and drive growth across Iberia and beyond.

Formación

• Experience leading cross-functional digital projects from definition through implementation.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, CRO and analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and coordinate the Digital & eCommerce roadmap across Iberia.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives focused on growth and customer experience.
• Coordinate local digital projects with Marketing, Sales, IT, and external partners.
• Drive continuous evolution of eCommerce platforms and digital customer journey.
• Monitor digital performance through KPIs and data-driven insights.
