Formación

• Требуется степень в Computer Science, Data Engineering или эквивалент.

Responsabilidades

Allianz Technology is Allianz's global IT service provider, delivering comprehensive end-to-end IT solutions that support the group's digitalization. It operates, optimizes, transforms, and innovates infrastructure, applications, and services across Allianz companies to help create better customer experiences.

Задачи

• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and models that drive insights and decision-making
• Operate and maintain data marts in collaboration with domain experts
• Prepare Oracle systems for migration to dbt and Snowflake
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and pipelines using dbt and Snowflake
• Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions
• Implement data transformation processes to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability
• Optimize database performance and query execution for efficient data retrieval and processing
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data architecture and infrastructure
• Develop documentation and provide training to team members on data product functionalities and best practices
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data engineering and analytics technologies

Требования

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, or a comparable qualification through professional experience
• Proven experience designing, developing, and operating complex data warehouse environments containing cross-functional business data
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with data transformation and ETL processes
• Experience with dbt and Snowflake, including building and optimizing data models and pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and ecosystem tools
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Goal-oriented and independent work style with a focus on high quality and customer orientation
• Commitment to continuous development in an agile team
• Confident English communication
• Passion for creating data-driven solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth
• Nice to have: Basic German, machine learning knowledge
