Enfint in Spain (Barcelona) is seeking a seasoned Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable end-to-end data pipelines for large datasets. You will apply dimensional modeling, SQL, Python, and dbt to deliver clean, reliable data and empower analytics across the business.

You will work hybrid with two office days per week, collaborate with data platform teams, mentor peers, ensure data governance, and translate business needs into production-ready data applications and insights.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in design, development, data management, and support.
• Experience building data models, data pipelines, and data warehouses.
• Advanced SQL and dbt modeling; strong Python skills.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, pipelines, data marts, semantic layers like Cube, and cloud data integration.
• Ability to translate marketing and business reporting needs into data models and end-to-end pipelines.
• Fluent English; able to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Its global online wedding Vendor Marketplace connects couples with local wedding professionals, while its personalized wedding websites, planning tools, invitations, and registry services support couples throughout the planning process.

Задачи

• Design, build, and maintain scalable end-to-end data pipelines for large and complex datasets
• Build SQL-based data transformations using Airbyte, Python, and dbt
• Apply dimensional modeling techniques to design tables and views for an enterprise data model
• Develop and support complex ETL infrastructure that delivers clean and reliable data
• Participate in the architecture and strategy for deploying end-to-end data pipelines
• Partner with Data Platform Engineering teams to define business logic and move pipelines into production
• Partner with Managers and Leads to define best practices, templates, and scalable dbt code
• Assist with performance tuning of existing models, pipelines, and data applications
• Foster data governance practices, including data privacy, security, and documentation
• Understand business processes and apply this knowledge to solve problems
• Work with end users and stakeholders to understand needs, provide insights, and train them on Information Mart models, data applications, and actionable results
• Scope, track, execute, and communicate projects in an Agile environment
• Mentor Data Engineering team members and provide technical leadership and guidance
• Oversee top-of-funnel metrics for at least one Business Domain and ensure consistency across models and reporting

• 3+ Years of experience in design, development, data management, administration, and support
• Experience building data models, data pipelines, and data warehouses
• Advanced SQL and dbt modeling proficiencyStrong Python skills
• Solid understanding of modern data engineering and architecture concepts
• Knowledge of data warehousing, data pipelines, data marts, semantic layers such as Cube, and cloud-based data integration
• Solid understanding of Paid Media performance metrics
• Ability to convert marketing and business reporting requirements into data models and end-to-end pipeline designs
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and open to constructive feedback
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Nice to have: Snowflake, data ingestion and orchestration with Airbyte and Airflow, Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Streamlit, Agile methodology, JIRA
