Responsabilidades

• Полное управление финансовой эффективностью для Germany: планирование, прогнозирование, фактические данные, закрытие и анализ вариаций.

Описание: Allianz Technology is Allianz's global IT service provider, delivering IT solutions that drive the group's digitalization. It runs, optimizes, transforms, and innovates infrastructure, applications, and services together with Allianz companies to create customer experiences in the digital age.

Задачи:

• Act as the primary financial counterpart to the Head of IT for Germany and the Regional Head of Finance, jointly steering financial topics, preparing governance meetings, and providing financial analysis for business decisions
• Own end-to-end financial performance for the Allianz Germany customer scope, including planning, forecasting, actuals, closing, and variance analysis across a total cost budget of over 2 billion EUR
• Collaborate with Finance teams in central functions such as Infrastructure and Applications to manage Germany Branch financials end to end
• Serve as the senior finance interface to Allianz Germany, representing Allianz Technology's financial position and ensuring transparency on IT costs and charges
• Lead, develop, and coach a team of 6 FTEs, ensuring strong delivery, quality, and professional growth
• Drive annual planning and forecasting cycles, including consolidation, challenge, and sign-off of financial targets
• Provide financial advisory on business cases, investment decisions, and structural topics
• Act as a functional approver for finance processes within the Germany scope
• Champion AI, including Claude, and modern tools to improve financial process efficiency
• Continuously identify ways to simplify and improve team workflows

Требования:

• Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• At least 13 years of experience in financial controlling, finance management, or a related senior finance role
• Experience in a complex, multi-entity, or international environment
• Proven experience partnering with senior IT or business leadership
• Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
• Strong skills in financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across large cost budgets
• Experience engaging with customers and senior stakeholders at all levels
• Experience leading and developing a team
• Interest in AI and automation tools, including Claude, Power BI, and Power Platform
• Good knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) or similar ERP systems
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Full accountability for the assigned scope, with the ability to communicate clearly and adapt communication style to the audience
• Fluent English and German
