IE University – School of Architecture and Design in Madrid is seeking a Program Assistant to support daily operations and academic coordination of its Design Programs (MINT and MDXR). The role acts as a liaison between the program management team and IE community, ensuring smooth delivery of academic and student services in a vibrant international environment.

The position focuses on coordinating calendars, classes, studios and events, while liaising with faculty, students and external partners

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• 2–5 years of experience in academic coordination or related administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; able to work with students, faculty and staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with e-learning platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning and execution of academic calendars, class sessions, workshops, studios and juries.
• Coordinate schedules, room bookings, studios, resources and faculty requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for students on academic and program-related matters.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation for faculty, guest lecturers and external professionals.
• Assist with documentation, attendance, and maintenance of student records.
• Facilitate communication with Admissions, Career and Student Services and other departments.
