Mafer is building the AI infrastructure to research, formulate and bring consumer products to market. You will deploy end-to-end solutions in collaboration with scientists, formulators and regulatory teams, often on site in laboratories and factories.

The role centers on understanding workflows, ingesting data, integrating systems and configuring deployments that address observable bottlenecks while creating reusable tech for future work. Expect field work and travel.

Formación

• You will typically have at least one or two years of experience building real software.
• Experience with laboratory or manufacturing data, LIMS, ERP, chromatography, chemistry or food science is valuable, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship reliable software, particularly with Python and messy data.
• Understand complex scientific and industrial workflows.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Take ownership of ambiguous problems and find a path to production.
• Work comfortably in a meeting room, a laboratory or next to industrial equipment.
• Travel to customer sites when a deployment requires it.
