Mafer AI in Barcelona is seeking ambitious scientists to turn deep chemical knowledge into software for industrial R&D teams. You will work directly with clients, understand formulations and lab data, and build models and modules with our engineers.

Requirements include a PhD or strong industrial experience in chemistry, comfort with Python and data, and fluency in Spanish and English. We offer equity, relocation support, and time for long-term research.

Formación

• PhD or strong industrial experience in chemistry, chemical engineering, food science or a related field.
• Experience in industrial R&D, quality, analytical science or regulatory work.
• Confidence working with data and Python.
• Ability to work with clients in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with clients to understand formulations and laboratory data.
• Build models and product modules alongside engineers.
