Maisa AI in Madrid seeks Forward Deployed Engineer to work at the intersection of engineering, product, and customers. You will deploy Maisa Studio for enterprise use, designing end-to-end solutions with APIs, connectors, and event-driven workflows.

Formación

• You have strong experience as a Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer, DevOps/SRE Engineer, or Forward Deployed Engineer in customer-facing or delivery-oriented roles.
• You're comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, moving quickly from problem to solution while maintaining reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement Maisa Studio deployments for enterprise customers.
• Configure APIs, connectors, and event-driven flows with Go, Python, or JavaScript.
• Ensure deployments meet reliability, security, and compliance requirements in regulated environments.
• Troubleshoot complex deployment issues; produce runbooks and deployment patterns.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to influence roadmap and share customer feedback.
• Work with customer DevOps, SRE, and Security teams to achieve production readiness.
