Mafer AI is building an AI platform for R&D in flavors, fragrances, and cosmetics. We deploy engineers to client sites to turn data into production-grade AI software.

We seek an AI engineer with 2–3 years shipping AI software to production. You will own clients and modules, build ingestion pipelines, ERP/LIMS/PLM integrations, Postgres and vector search, and ML models with a private instance per client.

Formación

• Strong software engineer with shipping-grade Python code.

Responsabilidades

• Work with technicians at the client to understand workflows and deliver solutions.
• Co-build platform: ingestion of formats, spreadsheets and regulatory documents; ERP, LIMS and PLM integrations; Postgres and vector search; knowledge base and ML models.
• Develop modules like peak picking, retention time alignment, and spectral matching; multi-constraint optimization and regulatory data handling.
• Allocate 10% of time to long-term research at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center.
• Own clients and modules; no product manager in between.
