Job summary

Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. is seeking a Delivery Partner Manager (FTC) to advise and operate with DSPs in Spain, guiding growth from launch to scale while coordinating with internal teams to ensure safety, compliance, and performance.

The role focuses on partnering with DSP owners, removing obstacles, and driving measurable improvements in delivery quality and DSP sentiment across the network. This is a fixed-term placement in Spain.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (read/write/speak) with strong communication skills.
• Experience managing third party resources on a regional/national scale.
• Experience managing contingent workforce during peak season.
• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in Operations, Last Mile, or account/relationship management in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Safety: ensure safety compliance with OTR teams and regional managers.
• Guide owners as they scale operations and prepare for peak periods.
• Support onboarding to the DSP program for new launches.
• Coach owners to run compliant, safe, high-performing companies.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements at the network level.
• Develop relationships between Amazon and DSP partners and improve DSP sentiment.
• Communicate effectively with DSP owners and internal stakeholders.
• Be the voice of the DSP within AMZ and advocate for partners.
• Upskill partners and ensure effective use of tools.
• Deep dive into opportunities to improve customer metrics.
