Job summary

Bigblue is seeking an Operations Manager focused on Spain to own end-to-end warehouse operations and drive performance, cost control, capacity planning, and execution quality on the warehouse floor. You will work hands-on with teams and 3PL partners to deliver improvements in real time.

The role emphasizes practical, execution-driven leadership, overseeing daily operations, forecasting, and cost optimization while aligning with the broader Atlas platform and expansion plans across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in high-volume e-commerce fulfillment operations.
• Experience working with 3PLs and holding them accountable on cost and performance.
• Strong analytical and financial skills: cost analysis, productivity metrics, margin drivers.

Responsibilities

• Own and run fulfillment operations in Spain (hands-on)
• Be the senior operational owner with our 3PL partners, ensuring alignment and execution
• Define, track, and manage core KPIs: throughput, inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, wage efficiency
• Lead cost analysis to identify inefficiencies and savings opportunities
• Lead expansion, new hub openings, and ramp-up of new sites in Spain
• Bridge warehouse operations with Product/Tech to relay field feedback
