Nebius Academy, staffed by TripleTen, seeks a Delivery Manager to support the content production process and oversee project planning, risk management, and tooling across teams. You will coordinate milestones, track tasks, and drive process improvements to ensure timely, high-quality learning content.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in project or delivery management within education or content production, excellent communication, and proficiency with Notion, Jira, and CMS tools.

Formación

• Experience managing content production projects, preferably in education.
• Masters/PM certs are a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Project planning: define scope, milestones and timelines for content.
• Expectation management with stakeholders on timelines and deliverables.
• Task tracking across contributors with clear communication; ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Assist in setting up processes and guide change adoption with the team.
• Conduct regular team alignment meetings to address progress and issues.
• Identify risks to timelines and quality and develop contingency plans.
• Oversee content production tools: licences, usage, and procurement planning.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of processes.
