EPAM Systems in Barcelona is seeking a Delivery Director – Technology to lead a large, multi-domain engagement with end-to-end accountability for delivery, client relationships, and commercial performance.

You will oversee nearshore and offshore teams, drive architecture-aligned delivery, and embed AI/GenAI practices to improve efficiency while supporting pre-sales and strategic growth.

Formación

• Proven track record delivering large-scale technology engagements (100+ FTE).
• Strong client relationship management and risk governance at senior levels.
• Hands-on exposure to SDLC and Agile delivery models; T&M, FP and hybrid.
• Ability to diagnose architectural issues and improve designs.
• Distributed architectures including microservices, APIs, headless and event-driven.
• Experience applying AI/GenAI to software engineering practices.

Responsabilidades

• Drive full lifecycle program delivery with EPAM processes.
• Act as primary contact for executive-level client engagement and governance.
• Diagnose and resolve delivery challenges tied to architecture and design.
• Ensure compliance with financial targets, sourcing strategies and regulatory obligations.
• Lead multiple delivery streams with nearshore and offshore teams.
• Collaborate to define estimates, plans and roadmaps.
• Support sales and pre-sales with proposals and client presentations.
• Embed AI tools and practices into delivery models.
• Maintain a continuous improvement culture balancing cost, quality and time-to-market.
