Sungrow Europe busca un/a Coordinador/a de Operaciones de Ventas para España. Apoyarás la gestión de pedidos, facturación y la calidad de datos en el CRM, así como la elaboración de informes y dashboards para la toma de decisiones.

Trabajarás estrechamente con Ventas, Finanzas, Logística y Cumplimiento; se valorará experiencia con SAP, Dynamics o Power BI y dominio de español e inglés (C1).

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Solid Excel skills, including pivot tables and basic formulas, and enjoy working with data.
• Interested in business processes, reporting and finding smarter ways to work through automation.
• Organized, proactive, eager to learn and confident managing multiple tasks at the same time.
• Your Spanish and English skills are both at C1 level, and experience with CRM systems, SAP, Dynamics or Power BI would be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar pedidos de PV, ESS y distribución en el CRM para un procesamiento preciso y cumplimiento oportuno.
• Emitir facturas a partir de detalles de pedido y cronogramas de hitos contractuales.
• Mantener la calidad de datos CRM y apoyar el seguimiento de pipelines y gestión de pedidos.
• Preparar y actualizar informes y paneles que apoyen la transparencia y mejores decisiones empresariales.
• Mejorar y documentar procesos y flujos de operaciones de ventas para aumentar la eficiencia y consistencia.
• Colaborar estrechamente con Ventas, Finanzas, Cumplimiento y Logística en coordinación de proyectos, seguimiento de entregas y configuración de filiales desde ventas.

Hola y bienvenido a Sungrow! We're excited to introduce a role that keeps our commercial engine running smoothly behind the scenes as Sales Operations Coordinator - Spain. Curious what this is all about? Let's dive right in:

• Manage PV, ESS and distribution orders in the CRM system to support accurate processing and timely fulfillment.


• Issue customer invoices in line with order details and contract milestone schedules.


• Maintain strong CRM data quality and support reliable pipeline tracking and order management.


• Prepare and update reports and dashboards that support transparency and better business decisions.


• Improve and document sales operations processes and workflows to increase efficiency and consistency.


• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Fulfillment and Logistics on project coordination, delivery tracking and new subsidiary setup from a sales operations perspective.
