Sungrow Europe is seeking an ESS Project Manager to deliver end-to-end battery storage projects across Southern Europe from Spain. You will lead planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure on-time handovers and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least three years in energy storage or related sectors, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel across Spain, France, Italy, and other European locations.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or comparable field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in energy storage, renewables, EPC, or related technical environments.
• Understand ESS/BESS project delivery including supply, logistics, commissioning, contractual requirements, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, schedules, risks, and documentation in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, customer-management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Spanish, French, Italian, and English at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within Spain, France, Italy, and other European project locations.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main contact for customers, EPC partners, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional colleagues in sales, engineering, logistics, service, finance, and quality to keep delivery on track.
• Manage contract obligations, payment milestones, technical documentation, and project reporting.
• Ensure projects meet agreed quality, safety, timeline, and customer-satisfaction standards.

• You have at least three years of project-management experience in energy storage, renewables, electrical infrastructure, EPC, or related technical environments.
• You understand ESS or BESS project delivery, including supply, logistics, commissioning, contractual requirements, and stakeholder coordination.
• You are confident managing multiple priorities, budgets, schedules, risks, and project documentation in a fast-paced environment.
• You bring strong communication, negotiation, customer-management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• You have Spanish, French, Italian, and English at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• Project-management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM are a plus.
• You are willing to travel within Spain, France, Italy, and other European project locations as needed.
