A leading blockchain organization in Spain is seeking a Head of DeFi to pioneer its growth strategy and build robust DeFi infrastructures on the Monad network. As the Head of DeFi, you will advise builders, manage a specialized team, and engage with institutional executives to enhance DeFi's role in the ecosystem. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in DeFi, a strong presence in TradFi sectors, and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.

Formación

• Proven track record of driving measurable growth in TVL, liquidity, or protocol adoption.
• Deep network in DeFi and TradFi sectors.
• Strong leadership experience managing a high-output team.

Responsabilidades

• Own DeFi growth strategy for the Monad network.
• Execute end-to-end asset and protocol onboarding.
• Advise DeFi builders deploying on the Monad network.
• Activate network for early liquidity and protocol traction.
• Bridge DeFi and TradFi/Fintech with institutional executives.
• Drive incentive strategy for sustainable TVL.
• Manage a team of 2–3 DeFi specialists.
