ING Hubs Spain seeks a Compliance Lead to head data protection and compliance activities. You will act as an independent expert for 2nd line risk management and support the entity to stay safe and secure.

You will implement global frameworks, oversee risk profiles, train staff, and ensure local policies align with standards. Fluency in English is required, and a strong track record in compliance is essential for success.

Formación

• Advanced degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in control functions such as compliance or risk.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Implement the ING Group Compliance risk management framework and local policies.
• Ensure first line controls align with global standards and are effective.
• Oversee entity-level compliance risk profiles and report to NFRC and Global Risk.
• Cascade Risk Appetite into detailed strategies at entity level.
• Raise data protection and compliance risk awareness across the organization.
• Develop and deliver training on Data Protection and Compliance to staff.
• Instruct management on DP and compliance requirements per ING policies.
• Execute monitoring per Monitoring Plan and report DP/Compliance issues.
• Monitor laws, policies, and the ING Code; report monitoring results.
